Sample Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing ZEE Packaging! Here is everything you need to know about our sample orders. Our full run order shipping policy is right below this sample policy.

Sample Options Available

Blank Samples – $0.50 + $70 Shipping + $30 Taxes = Total $100.50

Unprinted samples produced in your specific size and material so you can check dimensions, structure and material weight before committing to full production run.

Custom Printed Samples – $50 + $70 Shipping + $30 Taxes = Total $150

Fully printed samples with your actual artwork and finishing options. Most recommended option for first time orders or new packaging designs.

50% of your sample fee can be credited toward your full run production order. Please confirm eligibility with our team at time of placing full order.

Turnaround and Delivery

All sample orders are dispatched and delivered within 5 to 8 working days from our facilities across United States, United Kingdom, Turkey and Asia. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays or carrier disruptions and we will always keep you informed if this happens.

Tracking

Tracking number is sent directly to your email by your dedicated account representative once order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Samples

If samples arrive damaged or go missing we will reproduce and reship them immediately at no extra cost.

International Customs

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, VAT or GST and local handling fees. These are responsibility of recipient and are outside our control.


Full Run Order Shipping Policy

At ZEE Packaging our pricing is completely all inclusive. Your quote already covers production, finishing, quality checks and worldwide delivery. There is no separate shipping charge, no freight add on and no hidden fees at any stage. What you are quoted is exactly what you pay. Your total price may vary depending on turnaround option selected as faster turnarounds affect overall production and logistics cost but shipping is never charged separately.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All orders ship free across all 50 states with delivery cost fully built into your all inclusive quote. Full tracking provided on all domestic shipments. Orders ship from our facilities across United States, United Kingdom, Turkey and Asia depending on your product and selected turnaround.

International Shipping

International delivery is fully included in your all inclusive quote. Full tracking provided where available. Some countries may have shipping restrictions and we will always advise you upfront if your destination has any limitations.

Customer is solely responsible for any following government imposed charges upon arrival:

  • Import duties
  • Customs taxes
  • VAT or GST
  • Local handling fees

We can provide a rough estimate of likely duties for your destination before you finalize order.

How Turnaround Time Affects Your All Inclusive Price

Turnaround option you choose directly affects your total quoted price. Faster turnarounds require priority production and expedited logistics which increases overall cost. Slower turnarounds allow more flexible routing which brings cost down.

Urgent – 5 to 8 Business Days

Fastest option for rush orders. Highest cost turnaround due to priority scheduling and expedited logistics. Not available for all products so please confirm with our team. All costs built into quoted price.

Express – 10 to 15 Business Days

Good option for time sensitive orders that do not need Urgent speed. More cost effective then Urgent and popular for product launches and restocks with firm deadlines.

Standard – 20 to 30 Business Days

Most popular option and best balance of speed, quality and cost. Includes full quality control checks before dispatch.

Economy – 40 to 60 Business Days

Lowest cost option and best for bulk orders where timeline is flexible and getting best price per unit is main priority.

All turnaround times begin after proof approval and not from order placement date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL. Carrier selection is managed entirely by us based on destination, order size and selected turnaround. You never need to arrange logistics yourself.

How We Pack Your Order

All orders are carefully packed using corrugated shipping boxes, bubble wrap, air pillows, Foam Packaging (EPS, EPE, EVA Foam), strong pallets, stretch wrap and corner guards. All packing costs are fully included in your all inclusive price.

Batch Shipping

We can manufacture your full order and deliver in smaller batches as needed. Great for brands with limited storage space. Batch arrangements are discussed at time of ordering and reflected in your all inclusive quote.

Multi Location Shipping

We ship to multiple locations as part of single order for both domestic and international destinations. Any additional logistics costs for split shipments are clearly included in your all inclusive quote upfront.

Reorder Shipping

All reorders follow exact same all inclusive pricing model. Shipping is always included and never charged separately on any reorder.

Delivery Information

Address Requirements

Please provide complete street address, suite or apartment number, valid phone number and any special delivery instructions. For commercial deliveries please specify business hours.

Special Delivery Circumstances

We accommodate residential delivery notifications, lift gate service, inside delivery, limited access locations and construction site deliveries. Any special requirements affecting logistics cost will be reflected in your all inclusive quote before order confirmation.

Address Changes After Shipment

Contact us immediately if you need to change delivery address after shipment. Changes are subject to carrier policies and any additional carrier fees would be passed on to customer as they fall outside original quoted scope.

Damages and Issues

Visible Damage on Arrival

  1. Document all damage before accepting or unpacking shipment
  2. Take clear photos of outer packaging and damaged items
  3. Note damage on delivery receipt before signing
  4. Contact us within 7 days with photos and full description
  5. Keep all original packaging for carrier inspection

Concealed Damage

Report within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos. Keep all original packaging until inspection is complete and our team will advise on next steps.

Lost Shipments

Contact us immediately if order has not arrived within expected window or tracking shows no movement. We will open a trace investigation with carrier and keep you fully updated. Replacement production arranged where applicable after carrier investigation is completed.
