Question: What typography and font styles work best for soap packaging?
Answer: Font choice really depends on your brand personality. Natural and organic soap brands tend to go with serif or handwritten style fonts that feel warm and authentic. Luxury soap brands usually prefer clean minimal fonts that feel high end and sophisticated. Bold and modern fonts work great for mens grooming or commercial soap lines. Question: What are the full artwork requirments for submitting my soap box design?
Answer: Getting your artwork right from the very start saves a lot of time and we are here to make the whole process as simple as possible for you. Here is exactly what we need from you:

• Files submitted in AI, PDF, EPS or PSD format for best print quality
• CMYK color mode or Pantone colors set at 300 DPI resolution
• All fonts must be outlined and embedded within the design file
• Minimum 1/8 inch bleed included on all edges of your artwork
• Artwork must align correctly with the dieline we provide for your chosen box style

Our prepress team carefully reviews every file we recieve and will flag any issues before we move forward to printing. If something needs to be corrected we let you know right away so it can be fixed quickly and production can begin without any delays. We also provide a free dieline for all our soap box styles so you always have the exact layout to work from. If you need help setting up your artwork on the dieline our design team is ready to assist!

Question: What cardstock thickness options do you offer for soap packaging?
Answer: Our cardstock comes in 12pt, 14pt, 16pt, 18pt, 24pt and 28pt options ranging from 230 to 650 GSM. For rigid soap gift boxes we offer 36pt and 48pt greyboard thickness. Thicker stocks feel more premium and sturdy while lighter stocks work well for standard retail soap box. We help you pick right thickness based on your soap size, weight and packaging goals.

Question: What printing methods do you use for custom soap packaging?
Answer: We offer Offset, Digital and Screen printing for soap packaging boxes. Offset printing is best for large quantities and delivers very sharp and consistent color results across the entire run. Digital printing works great for smaller runs and faster turnarounds. Screen printing is used for specialty inks and unique effects. We use CMYK and Pantone color systems along with soy based, oil based and water based inks depending on what suits your project best.

Question: How long does production take for custom soap box order?
Answer: We offer four different turnaround options depending on your deadline and budget:

• Urgent: 5 to 8 business days for when you absolutely need your boxes fast
• Express: 10 to 15 business days, great middle ground option
• Standard: 20 to 30 business days, most popular choice among our customers
• Economy: 40 to 60 business days, best for large bulk orders focused on lowest possible cost

5. Two Piece Box
