Answer: Ordering is very simple and straightforward process! All you need to do is fill out a quote form on website with details like your required size, material preference and finishing options. Once we receive your inquiry with your spec our teams will reach back to you via email with pricing details. If pricing work for you, go ahead and send us your artwork files and we will prepare a digital proof for your review and approval. After proof is approved and payment is completed we begin manufacturing right away. Your order will then be delivered based on turnaround you selected. Answer: Great question! On our website each product has its own unique Product ID which is a specific 4 digit number assigned to that particular product, for example "Product ID: 4064". This helps you and our team quickly identify and reference exact product you are looking at or ordering. A ZEE-ID on other hand is a special identifier (from 1 to mutiple numbers for example "ZEE-01" or "ZEE-123456789") we assign to packaging styles and sizes that are very popular and standard among our customers. These are sizes and styles that most people commonly order so we gave them their own dedicated ID to make reordering and referencing them much quicker and easier. If you are ever unsure about which ID to use when placing your inquiry just mention your product name and our team will take care the rest!
Answer: Our Moq starts from 100 units for most of our products. We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes whether you are brand new startup or a big established company. Some products and special design requirements or printing techniques may require slightly higher minimums then usual. Our sale team is always happy to disscuss your specific needs and find most suitable option that fits both your requirement and budget. Answer: We understand everyone has different timelines so we offer four different turnaround options for your convenience. If you need your packaging fast our Urgent option delivers in just 5-8 business days. For those with bit more time the Express turnaround is 10-15 business days and is great middle ground. Our Standard turnaround takes around 20-30 business days and is most popular choice among our customers. Lastly our Economy turnaround runs 40-60 business days and is perfect for bulk orders where saving cost is the main priority. All timelines begin after your artwork gets approved by you. Answer: Absolutely yes! Our inhouse design team is ready to help you at every step of design process. If you already have a logo but need help placing it on dieline we will handle that completely free of charge. For projects where we are building entire design from scratch a small fee may apply depending on complexity of project. Whether you are working from blank canvas or simply looking to give your existing packaging a fresh new look our team is here for you. We assist with everything including Layout, Typography, Color selection, Imagery, Graphics and overall Branding. Answer: We carry wide range of materials to suit different packaging needs and budgets. Our Cardstock options range from 12pt to 28pt and we also carry Natural Brown Kraft paper which is eco friendly and very popular. Our White SBS (C1S and C2S) is great choice especially for retail packaging. If you need extra durability for shipping purposes we offer Corrugated stock in 1-3 ply with various flute types. For premium or luxury packaging our Rigid Greyboard in 36pt and 48pt is excellent option. We also carry Metallized and Textured stocks for those who want something more unique. Best way to choose right material is by speaking directly with our sales team, they will ask about your product, industry and goals and then guide you to perfect fit. Answer: We offer very complete range of printing and finishing options to help make your packaging really shine. Printing methods include Offset, Digital and Screen printing and we can print up to six colors both inside and outside using CMYK and Pantone systems. Depending on your project we use soy based, oil based or water based inks. For finishing you can choose from gloss or matte lamination, soft touch coating and varnish. If you want packaging to feel truly premium we also offer spot UV, hot foil stamping, embossing and debossing. We even have metallic effects and food grade safe options available. These finishing touches help your packaging look and feel high quality and professional making a real strong impression on your customers.
Answer: Yes we do offer samples so you can see exactly how your packaging will look before committing to full production run. For free we provide a digital proof which includes a 3D mockup and flat dieline view so you can review layout and design carefully. We can also send physical samples if you prefer to feel the actual material and structure. A premade kit or a plain unprinted sample is faster and cheaper to obtain while a fully custom printed sample will cost more due to production setup involved. In many cases your sample half cost can be applied toward your final order. Most of our clients find that a digital proof combined with a plain sample is more then enough to move forward with confidence. We want you to feel completely sure about your packaging before production begins!
Answer: Getting your artwork ready is easy with our help! We accept files in AI, PDF, EPS and PSD format for best results. Please make sure your files are in CMYK color mode or using Pantone colors and resolution is set to 300 DPI. All fonts in design should be outlined and you should also include minimum 1/8" bleed on all sides of your artwork. Once we receive your files our prepress team goes through them carefully to check for any issues before we move forward to printing. We also verify that files align properly with dieline of your chosen packaging. If any corrections are needed we will let you know right away so it can be fixed quickly. Our goal is to make sure every single print job comes out looking absolutely perfect!
Answer: Sustainability is something we take very seriously at ZEE Packaging! We offer recycled Kraft paper, soy based inks and most of our cardboard materials are fully recyclable. FSC certified materials are available and we can provide certificates upon your request. You can also opt for packaging without plastic coatings which makes it much easier to recycle or compost after use. Our production process is designed to minimize waste wherever possible and we only use environmentally responsible inks that are much safer for planet. If going green is important to your brand we would love to help you find the right balance between functionality, great looks and sustainability. Answer: We offer completely free shipping on every single order no matter where you are located because we provide all inclusive pricing! We work with trusted shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS and TNT to make sure your packaging arrive safely and on time. Depending on turnaround you choose your shipment may travel by ground, air cargo or sea freight from our overseas production facilities. We carefully pack all orders using corrugated shipping boxes, strong pallets, thermocol insulation sheets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and corner guards to protect your packaging throughout the journey. We are also able to ship to multiple locations in single order if needed. As soon as your order ships we send you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Answer: Yes absolutely we ship to customers all around the world and have happy clients on every continent! Free shipping applies to international orders as well so there are no surprise shipping charges from our side. Delivery times for international orders will vary based on turnaround option you select and your country location. Please keep in mind that some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes when package arrives and these fees are responsibility of customer. However we can give you an estimate of potential customs cost before you finalize your order so there are no unexpected surprises. Answer: We currently operate as a virtual startup but that doesn't mean you can't meet us in person! If you would like to sit down with one of our representatives you can schedule an appointment with us in New York. We are a IRS registered incorporation in the State of New York. Our production facilities are spread across United States, United Kingdom, Turkey and other Asia based facilities. This gives us great flexibility to produce your packaging from most suitable location based on factors like pricing, turnaround time, availability and any customer specific instructions you may have. No matter where your order is produced our quality standards remain exactly same across all facilities so you can always expect consistent and high quality results!
Answer: At this time we don't offer full warehousing or inventory management services but it is something we are actively developing and hope to launch in near future. In the meantime we offer a practical solution that works well for many of our bulk order customers. We can manufacture and ship small batch orders within 5–8 business days so you don’t have to store large quantities at your own facility. With our urgent turnaround time of just 5–8 business days, you can simply contact us when your stock is running low and we’ll have fresh supply on the way quickly. Answer: Quality is something we take extremely serious at every step of manufacturing process! Our production facilities hold ISO certifications including 9001, 14001 and 45001 which are internationally recognized standards for Quality management. Throughout entire production run our quality team continuously inspects samples checking everything from print color accuracy and alignment to structural integrity and finishing quality. Every box/other product goes through multiple checkpoints covering material quality, printing, cutting and assembly stages. Our workers monitor & check the products quality as they come off machines to catch any smudges, misprints or defects immediately. Before we ship anything a final thorough inspection is done to make sure everything meet our strict standards. Answer: We make paying for your order as easy and convenient as possible! Accepted payment methods include all major Credit Cards like Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ACH transfers and wire transfers. For all standard orders full payment upfront is required unless other terms have been mutually agreed upon in advance. For certain long term customers we do offer Net 30 payment terms but eligibility must be confirmed with our representatives before placing an order. Answer: You can request a cancellation or modification to your order only if production has not yet started and setup has not been created. Once printing process has begun we are unfortunately unable to cancel, modify or issue refund since custom packaging is made specifically to your design and cannot be reused or resold to anyone else. If a defect or error occurs on our end we will reprint the affected pieces or entire order at no extra cost to you. However if issue originates from customer side such as incorrect artwork submitted we are unable to offer reprint or refund unless both parties mutually agree on resolution.
